Processing Time
All in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Pre-Orders
Products marked as pre-order require additional time to prepare and ship. Please allow up to 2 weeks for pre-order items to be dispatched. Once shipped, they follow the same delivery timeframe as all other orders.
Shipping Times
Once dispatched, all orders — domestic and international — are typically delivered within 3–9 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
